My approach to design is a holistic process. If you understand the needs of the business, integrate the voice of the user, and know the potential of technology, you can solve some of the most complex problems with creative solutions.

I begin with the business. Why is it being built and what does success look like? Then, I’ll fully immerse myself to empathize with the user and identify the true problem we’re solving for. Once that is defined, I’ll begin designing, testing, and iterating. There is no right answer to design, but with a good process you’ll end up with a successful solution.
